To give buyers confidence, Bidoro provides a comprehensive protection program that covers your purchases from the moment you place an order. This policy works together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Returns Policy.

1. Protection Period

Buyer protection begins when an order is placed and continues until the item is confirmed delivered or the protection window expires.

2. Covered Cases

Buyer protection applies if:

  • The item never arrives
  • The item is not as described (different model, damaged, missing parts)
  • The item arrives but is unusable

3. Dispute Eligibility

If you encounter issues, you can open a dispute before the protection period expires. Once a dispute is open:

  • You must choose a reason (non-delivery, defective, wrong item)
  • Upload evidence to support your claim
  • The seller can respond before Bidoro intervenes

4. Resolution

Bidoro will evaluate the evidence and issue a decision:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Replacement or other solution

Bidoro's decision is final after review.
