Is owned by Bidoro or licensed to us.
2. User-Generated Content
When users upload:
- Product photos
- Descriptions
- Reviews
They grant Bidoro a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content for platform operations and marketing.
3. Copyright Infringement
If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, you may submit a written complaint including:
- Proof of ownership
- URL of infringing content
- Description of violation
Bidoro may remove infringing content without prior notice.
4. Repeat Infringers
Accounts that repeatedly violate IP rights may be permanently terminated.
