Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Responsibility

Depending on the transaction model:

  • Sellers may arrange delivery directly, OR
  • Bidoro-approved logistics partners may be used

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times must be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

Failure to deliver within the agreed timeframe may trigger Buyer Protection.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees must be transparent and agreed upon before payment confirmation.

4. Proof of Delivery

Sellers must:

  • Provide tracking details (where applicable)
  • Upload proof of dispatch

Buyers are encouraged to confirm receipt promptly.

5. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect buyer address → buyer may bear re-delivery cost
  • Seller delay or negligence → seller may bear cost
